Capezio is the family name of the founder of what is now a highly regarded manufacturer of dance shoes, dancewear and dance accessories. Established in the 19th Centuary Capezio was a cobbler in New York city and as a consequence of being just across the road from a major dance company did much of his work on dance shoes.
